About the supra: I have never seen one here in Michigan (that wasnt a track-only car) that would run a good time. All the owners brag about their dyno numbers but routinely get beat by a heads/cam car. Maybe in NM they can actually run better than 11's with 700 horse?

the fact that he blew a turbo has nothing to do with that? It can be done on any car. I do agree though with the numbers he "claims" (I don't trust the biggest bullshitter around) the car should/could have run much faster.

I am a fan of ALL car companies, I have to say that I like to look, I am a CAR ENTHUSIAST, when I hit it big I will have a car collection from hell that has tons of everything.. I see nothing wrong with them or anything here on this forum..

You guys crack me up. I guess I just don't really get the mentality of all this brand loyalty stuff. But I can see where you guys are coming from.

X2. I'm the same way, I just like cars in general. If you worked or a family member worked for a certain company, I could see there being loyalty to that brand. I have however, seen people talk shit about the competing brands. To me that's just plain ignorant.

I'd love to have a 6-speed turbo Supra...it's just a bit further down the list than some other cars...the challenge I have is that they do have a passionate following, and that is pricing them out of my market...
