I would do that, but it's only a 2WD. . . the engine has only a few thousand miles on it right now, so I'm gonna start running synthetic in it and hope it all works out. . . lol Thing still starts the first turn of the key. . . It's a beast in traffic, too. People think 4 wheel drum brakes suck, but this thing stops really quick for a 5000 lb truck.

I used to go mudding all the time with my dad in his old DD '90 Geo Tracker 4cyl. 4x4. . . That was fun, because it was a POS and he drove it like he didn't care what happened to it. . . I might try it, the rear wheels and tires are going on it tomorrow, it's got stock 2006 Chevy 2500 8 lug 16" wheels and a set of 16" all terrain tires, so I might have to try it after the paintjob. . . lol It's weird calling it a paintjob, because I'm spending a total of like $25 on supplies. . . lmao Wait till you see it, it's gonna look 1000x better than it does now. I'll go mudding when I find a place to go mudding at, remember, I've only lived in this frickin' city for like 2 years, and I've only had RWD vehicles since the move. . . I can't wait to start driving this. I'll be driving the sh** out of it after the tires get put on it tomorrow, gotta start moving stuff to the new house in like 2 weeks. Remembered another couple of mods for you guys:
        Yellow Fuzzy Dice
Broken Pass. rolldown window. (rolls down, falls off track, doesn't roll back up)
Soon to be the cause of the biggest burnout in Ford Pickup history. . . I showed my Dad what Chad did to his old tires, he's gonna let me fry up the old tires for the truck after we move, hopefully . . . Truck's got posi, too, so it'll make for a smokey burnout.

Ben took a few more pics of it today, with the new GM wheels, and I'm hoping to get a few body panels painted in the next couple of days. I'm going to repair all of the rust damage, so the paintjob should at least look decent. I'll have new pics up tonight sometime.

Nick quite wasting money on a ford and use it to fix you CAMARO. You keep spending your money on everything else and forgetting about your poor CAMARO. I bet your CAMARO feels like doing this . lol

Yeah, it's got a 9", what else? I haven't spent a dime on it yet, technically, it's Dad's truck, but I'm the only one who's able to drive it comfortably. The steering wheel hits anyones stomach who's over about 190 lbs. . . It's only getting a paintjob, the tires that I'm in the process of putting on, and a trailer hitch. It might need a new rear bumper, the one that's on it was made out of diamond plate and is sagging horribly. Not a bit of chrome, everything will be either flat black or flat silver. I might have the A/C fixed on it, I have to stay comfortable, and I am going to have ot use it to move to the new house in a few weeks. The only real problem areas are going to be the floorpans, and I can weld in new ones for less than $200. Everything else is in great shape.

This is a pic of one of the wheels I have for it, Dad bought a new set of dealer take-off wheels for it, since the stocker's were 16.5" rims. Tires for that size are expensive.

You really want them? They're stock 1964 Ford 250 pickup wheels, 8 lug, and they're only like 6" wide. . . If you want them, PM me, and we can work something out. I didn't think anyone wanted them!!! They could use a sandblasting and maybe a powdercoat or even chrome. . . I don't have the center caps.

Oh, and the pic above is of the wheels that Dad bought last week for it, the actual wheels that are 16.5" are the ones on the truck in the original photo.

Nick, I 'm disappointed in you. I thought you were going to give the old ford some class and put the CHEVY center caps on. LOL

I'm going to. . . I just need to find some lugnuts with the outside threads, and I'm airbrushing the center of the caps, it's not going to have the bowtie on it, it's gonna have the old school V8 symbol. . .
