    That is so true. "We pay the price for others actions" My brother in law was killed by drunk driver, he paid big price. I'm glad damage not to bad so insurance should fix it and not total car. If they try to total it buy it from insurance company for like 300-400 take check and have it fixed. We did that with Brians car couple of years ago. It was like yours mostly cosmetic and little structure damage. Good luck getting it done.
