Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Now that's an eclectic little collection...and I spy with my little eye a 70ish 911 (RS?), a 60ish Austin Healy 3000, a 50-something Alpha Romeo, and maybe a mid-60s Chrysler 300 vert hiding next to the 250 SL? And an original Lotus 7 in the last pic?

I think it is because I take it in and out all the time, the rubber has just stretched out, especially at the bottom where it is really thin. It annoys me more then anything.

I like having a loud car, every time the neighbors dog barks, I just go let my car sit and idle in the driveway

Good eye, Jeff! Lots of those old cars. I can't remember if the 911 was 70's or 80's. The pic of the Lotus 7 didn't turn out too well, but yes!

I sold my soul to the devil, Jess.
lol nah, I go to the local car shows ALL the time. Since I am only working on the weekends, I have energy and I am spending a lot of my time at car shows, so I talk to people and I hear about all kinds of stuff.
I'm also a member of Ferrarichat.com, and I hear about stuff in the regional section of the forum. That's how I found out about the Autozone show where I saw the Vector, that's how I got the idea to go to the Lingenfelter Collection.

I saw an old quattroporte like that sitting at a gas station in Troy yesterday. It didn't look very nice though, more like one of those cars that's always just sitting there at those sketchy kinds of gas stations...

To be honest, the old Quattroporte's didn't look that nice even when new, IMHO. They were fat and had kind of a pig nose.
But as you can see, the one in my picture looked like it was sitting under a running band saw, it was so covered with dust.

Assuming it's original (and at that party, that's likely a safe assumption), the baby vertical not-so-whale-tail and the poop brown color would make it early 70s...that spoiler, and the wheels, are about the only items that easily differentiates those things (except for the 930s) for almost 20 years...
