  • Muscle Car City visit in Punta Gorda, Florida

    Howdy All,

My wife and I just got back from a Florida trip which included 5 days in Ocala and 2 days in Clearwater Beach. While in Clearwater, I made it a point for us to travel further south to Punta Gorda, home of Rick Treworgy's ‘Muscle Car City’.

There were over 200 GM cars and trucks. I was quite impressed with the collection. Camaros, Firebirds, Chevelles, Impalas, etc, etc. The largest part of his collection is Corvettes. I took several pics, posted them and I hope you enjoy them as there should be something there for most everyone’s taste. The vehicles range anywhere from old (I didn’t shoot many cars older than the 50’s). . .to a 2010 LS9 638hp Supercharged Vette (look at that price tag!).

And here’s a few pics that may not be readable in the link I provided below.

Here’s the link to all of the pics I took: Mike's Photos

Here’s a link to the Muscle Car City website (it does not show all of the cars I took pictures of): Muscle Car City

    Again, enjoy. . .Mike

Thanks on the 'nice pics' Doug. . .I have my favorites but it wouldn't bother me in the least, to own any one of them!
