Brian, it's a good thing you are not living in the day of only film cameras! You couldn't afford the processing. Nice pics.

I just purchased a new Pentax ist DL, digital SLR, right before Superfest. My 50-200mm zoom lens arrived to day by FedEx.

Man, what a differance from my Toshiba point & shoot camera. I'm lovin' it!
RIP Doug,You will always be remembered

I used to, actually. What I want to do now is get pedal replacements. Covers suck, trust me. Atleast the model I had did. They were metal with red in the foot area... I'll dig up an old picture. Anyway, they clamp onto the pedal. Four screws, one in each corner, and then a metal tab, tighten the screw the tab gets closer and clamps the cover to the pedal. Likewise, when you have the pedal on your accellorator and you "floor it" it's really like half an inch away from being WOT because the damn tabs hit the floor and stop the pedal from going down all the way.

Edit: bad pic, but it's the only one that shows the pedal cover... the brake one had fallen off. Don't mind the 10" fiberglass bezel, that was the carPC v1 bezel lol.

Now that I have a mono-pod I rarely use my tri-pod. MUCH easier and faster setup and takes up no space. I think I gave $20 for it on Evilbay. Try one you will love it

However my camera has a remote control so it is cool to set it on the tripod then stand aside and click away.

Yeah forget the pedal covers. It was because of a cheap set of pedal covers that my old car ended up in a ditch!!! They are bad juju! NO PEDAL COVERS!!!

I had a pair of light of covers before. I took them out in under a week and sold them to a kid I knew.
