  • New DD: 98 Firebird

Picked up a new daily driver for the spring, after the Mustang I was pimping around in threw a rod. Damn Ford's. Realizing the error of my ways, I found a bird to buy instead. Drove a couple of hours down to Indiana to pick it up. Yes, it is PURPLE. But a very manly purple.

Its a 3800, which was by choice for the mileage factor. Automatic, Leather interior, hard top. Perfect for what I want it for. And a price I couldn't really pass up. It has 150k miles on it, a small dent on the passenger side rear quarter, a small rip in the side of the drivers seat, and the drivers side headlight motor is shot. I picked the car up for the bargain price of $2400. Gotta love that Craigslist.

                      There's an oxy-moron ... "manly purple". Good price, too bad it's Barney-colored.
