Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

wait russes cam'd car went 11.21?? shit thats doing pretty good considering the mods he has..
I didnt know your new toy was that fast russ we should have lined them up dream cruise time.... what heads are on it....853??...241???... cuz if i remember right they were stock heads
i prolly looked slower when i raced ryan because i had t start out in 3rd gear because if i would manually downshift the car it would just bounce the limiter lol.
i just have some prc ls6 heads nothing special, never stock heads tho. im curious to see what our cars would do but you have alot better heads/intake then me lol but hey its all in fun to me
sigpic The LS1 or Go Home Crew
ASE master certified 1998 Camarbo z28-going back to stock 11.3@121 old heads & cam setup
oooo ok... I didnt remember it had heads, just that it had a similar sized cam as mine. I was gonna say thats a great time for stock heads but thier not stock lol...I wish I had my setup know when you had your 408 camaro, me and Shizzy were talking about it the other day I bet that would have been a fun race to if either of us could hook.
btw... whats the deal with that car now did the guy that bought it do anything else to it?
we're gonna have to run them again just for fun. This time I'll have more gear in it, an LS1 pcm conversion (coil-per-cylinder), be on drag radials/skinnies (instead of street tires), and have an appropriate exhaust lol
do you still have an optispark on your motor then??... or all the voltage is gone from it and its just used as a kind of crank trigger?.......I looked into a setup from delteq for my LT1 camaro it ended up being expensive tho

nope. no opti at all. it uses the same 24x crank sensor and 1x cam sensor that an LS1 has. basiically exactly the same as an LS1 ignition system. It is so much better for tuning, plud an increased rev limiter, and better spark quality

Thats pretty cool, a great mod for a LT1 you get rid of a weaklink, and you make it twice as easy to tune.. my camaro was a nightmare to get tuned right but coulda been my cam
you know anyone running the Dart Lt1 heads I had a ported 215cc version and made good power just wondering if you anyone else with them
