I love salad shooters. I put quite a bit of time into mine, did the black inners thing. I think they turned out fairly well, but there are other rims that make my car look much better.

Deffinately looks beter than the 7 inch cowl hood. Now its time to make that engine compartment look not so stock, and clean that darn thing will ya, lol. A clean engine is a happy engine. Ive personally never been much of a fan of cowl hoods on 4th gens, but like tork said, its your car, YOU have to like it. Turned out good man, looks great. Oh, and I dont like salad shooters, that was the first mod to my 94z. The SS wheels, and a flowmaster exhaust, lol. But like Brian said, the chrome ones do look pretty good IMHO. Eric L

well, as soon as i can get some money in my pocket i will work on the wheels. and even though this sounds dumb, how do i know how modified my car is? i bought it from a dealer like this who dealt with modified cars. but i left before i got alot of background info on the car modifications itself

The easiest way is to get under the hood and under the car and look. If it has any internal engine work the only way to tell will be tearing it apart. Look for headers and a catback first.

Your induction looks stock. Does it have cast iron exhaust manifolds, or tubular headers? does it have stock square exhaust tips, or aftermarket, does the converter stall to 2000, or 3600? I would guess its stock, which is good, so you can start from scratch. Thats what I got to do on my 94, and its nice, cause it hasnt been messed with. Eric L

EDIT: Looked at the pics again, looks to have a flowmaster cat back, and maybe headers, pics kinda shadowed, but looked like headers. Eric L

the easiest way to see if it has a converter is to get in the car, put it in Drive, and with your foot hard on the brake bring up the rpms until its about to puch through the brakes. If it goes past 2K then you probably have an aftermarket converter.

Your headers look fine to me. A little surface rust never hurt anything.

well as long as they dont rust through like my exhaust pipe xD and my stall converter is probably stock cause i was spinning tires at like 1500 rpms, but that also is caused by my lack of new brake pads, so i am not sure yet
