Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!

Those are actually SuperTrapps...old school...been around for 40 years...it's a tunable exhaust with a series of discs inside...from their website...
"Removing discs decreases the exhaust opening and increases backpressure. This effectively decreases the powerband to create more low-end torque. It also decreases exhaust tone and enriches carburetion.
Adding discs increases the exhaust outlet and decreases back pressure. This widens the powerband at the top end. It also increases exhaust tone and leans out carburetion."
Hrm, never heard of them before. Seem like a good idea, and he probably put them back there to be visable for people like you that know what they are. But I will say, to the untrained eye (me ) they don't look very good back there. Move them up and just have regular tips out the rear. Thats just my opinion though.

Boobs are a beautiful thing. Yes, Supertapps are the shit. Totally tuneable to what you want and I believe they're still stainless, which is a plus. I even know a couple guys that run them on their bikes. Makes a very distinctive sound.
Oh, and most definitely the Vette.

I think it is because I take it in and out all the time, the rubber has just stretched out, especially at the bottom where it is really thin. It annoys me more then anything.
