    Concept cars are excluded as most/all are not street legal to begin with...but all pre-production prototypes get scrapped...

    OMG I can't believe they just scrapped that thing. Seems like it would have made its way around the show car scene and maybe SEMA or something. What a shame. I would have taken it off their hands even if it was a stripped down roller.
