DISCLAIMER: I am a VERY amateur photographer. That being said, criticism is welcome since these will be turned in for a grade.

I'm guessing you shot these in manual? Did you play with your ISO settings? Low light you want a higher number, maybe a little longer shutter speed and a tripod.. Then again I could be completely wrong, I have been drinking..lol Seems some of the pics are pretty dark.. But I like some of the angles you shot from.. It's all about practice, trying diff styles.. Sometime you may shoot 100 pics to get that one GOOD one..

I kinda sorta shot them in Manual, lol. I was really trying to get the clouds to come into effect in the pictures cause these are for my photo class, and just plain pictures of my car won't get a very good grade. When I tried to lighten it up a little so you could see the car better, the cloud effect went away. I tried messing with the ISO, but I couldn't get it to go over 400. I used a tripod in all of those pictures. I mainly just messed with the shutter speed to get the different lighting conditions of the same picture. Thos are just a few of them, if you want to see more, you can see a slideshow of them here.

EDIT: Thanks for the help Larry, I forgot that you dabble in photography

Hmmm, what kind of camera? Point N Shoot or dslr? What mega pixel, what picture quality is the camera set to? The pics just don't seem to pop. crisp, know what I mean?

Here's some examples of diff shots and styles.. I'm no pro by any means, but love taking pics..

wow, those are crazy clear. Yah I know what you mean, but I think that it might be the camera. I'm using a point n shoot Kodak Easyshare set on a max setting of 5 megapixels. I think that might be limiting me. I thought about taking the schools D90 for the weekend, but haven't used one before and I was afraid of it, lol.

5 mega pixels is plenty.. Check your camera settings.. You may have the photo quality set too low.. I took this with a 5 MP point and shoot 4-5 years ago.

the scale of the first few pictures are off balance. the bush is very large, your car is small. and it lacks a subject. plus what larry said. the shots of your car turned out nice.
