These sportlines dropped me 2 inches, from 27.5" to 25.5" in the front and 29" to 27" in the rear. I bought them used because the quality control of these springs can be iffy (some people get 1.75", others get over 2") so I wanted to make sure the springs I bought would have already settled. I saw your other thread; from the reading I've done on ls1tech, your best bet on stock springs would be Bilsteins, and if you lower it you'd want something else. Koni's are the cult-favorite over there (but WAY too expensive for my tastes and yours too from the sounds of it). I haven't had time to drive the car with these KYB's yet, but from what others have said they ride fine for a mid-priced shock.

I mainly just wanted it low, I was getting sick of the stock ride height. I got a good deal on a used set of springs so I went for it. I bought the shocks because they weren't too terribly expensive and I didn't want to put these springs on the stock shocks. I know everybody on ls1tech says they'll ride horrible, but I've daily-driven probably the worst suspension setup possibly imaginable (a $500 beater dodge neon with blown shocks and springs that were cut so low that you could actually spin them around while the car was on the ground 8-O) so if I can DD that for 10 months, I hope I can manage these on this car.

I actually just wanted to shoot at the new building that had went up across the street (Girl Scout Cookies place or something) but didn't like the backdrop there afterall. I found that little ramp area that's in my sig just as I was about to leave, but thought it might be a cool spot so I snapped some pics.

you must have missed the no parking or skateboarding sign.

I may know a few people that work there.

U pretty much only have to worry about scraping on speed bumps (avoid at all costs) lol. I have the same situation, the clamp in that same spot...and it's the only part of my exhaust that hits.
