Hockey Stick stripes on 4th Gens is an odd thing. There are several designs out there and some look OK, while others look just awful. (of course, this is just my opinion, and I understand that) Some are too fat, some are too long and some have the wrong curve to be effective. They are supposed to make you think of the Hockey Stick stripe on the '69 Camaros. Some designs pull that off better than others do.

I'll be using my car as an example (I know, I'm biased). It's a GMMG/Berger Hot Rod Magazine Edition Camaro. I would not have purchased the car if I thought the stripes looked bad, but IMHO, Matt Murphy at GMMG came up with the best 4th Gen Hockey Stick stripe design out there.

Again, not trying to offend anyone, I just think GMMG got it just right.

Here's a couple more Hot Rod Editions to see some other colors .......

See I completely agree with you. Some of the stripes just don't look right and I'll see different Camaro's with different stripes and some look good and others look like crap. That's why I'm having a difficult time deciding whether or not to get them.

I'm with Doug on this one...the GMMG strip is absolutely spot on.....all of the other designs out there just look goofy to me. Some don't even come close to resembling what they are supposed to in the first place..it's odd. And some others have some funky bulbus curve that doesn't match a single body line on a 4th gen....then others are just too laid back and look more like a modern interpretation of a hockey stripe.

I totally agree. I have always thought GMMG had the best looking Hockey Stick stripes.

That truck and car in the background look awful familiar.

Heres a couple pics of HO GMMG cars with Black Hockey Stick stripes.

                      mmmmmmmm orange and black

One of the greatest color combos IMO for a camaro... but nothing beats NMB and silver

I almost think that because my car isn't an SS and doesn't have the hood scoop with a black insert that that is why the sticks look weird to me on my car. I just think it's lacking something without more black on the car than just the hockey stripes. Any opinions?????????

                              Get an SS hood.

Or how about the Sonoco stripes?

lol. I'd rather spend the $400-$500 on mods rather than a hood. What are the Sonoco stripes???Got a pic?
