And there is nothing wrong with a 305. My 305 runs just fine. but, I guess it's what you want to do with the car.

A nice set of 4.10's would wake it right up!
hey thanks, I agree the 305 is just fine especially since mine is a freak of nature or just really pissed off all the time... I was thinking about going 3:42 posi or 3:73 but 4:10's really?

When I saw the car I absolutley had to have it. I think I got a steal and by far the better deal...

I actually traded my 1995 GMC Jimmy for the camaro. The gentleman that owned the car before me lived way out at like 28 and Gratiot area not completley sure since we met at a bank to do the deal. Like I said I think I came out way ahead, and being that I've always wanted a camaro since I had my divers license!

I put 3.73's in my car. Just because I have an automatic.
You haveing a 5 speed....4.10's would be just fine.

I think you already have 3.23's already???...I could have my #'s mixed up.

I had 2.72's stock. Yeah those ahd to go! It was great on the highway though!
All depends on how you drive.
If I had a manual, i'd have 4.10's for sure.

Keep us posted on your progress.

And yeah the 385 is a maybe. But the block is a 350 bored .040 over so far. Not sure if I want to spend the $$ to stroke it or not.

Right now I have a cam and a whole intake set up on my car. But it is a Tunned Port Ijection car.

Well my car came stock with 3:08 gears, I was thinking about switching the rear end over to a POSI and disc brake one...I have not decided if I want to try and track down a thirdgen one or make the change over to a 4th gen rear even though they are 2 inches longer on each side. I was thinking a disc brake POSI with 3:73's but maybe I'll look into 4:10's. I drive my car everyday in the summer do you think having 4:10's would be a little extreme for every day, I also do drive on the highway....

I only worked a half day today so I could come home and spend sometime with my love (AKA my car). It was pretty nice out and by nice I mean not snowing or raining and not freezing cold. I got the camaro out and gave her a good cleaning inside and out. Here are some pictures of her all clean!

Thanks B! I dunno exactly how clean mine is compared to others but it is a good solid thirdgen that hopefully will look amazing after a few months of work to her!
