Last time I forgot gloves though. I thought I had a pair of mechanix gloves like ALWAYS in my junkyard box but I forgot I used them a few days before to work on my snowmobile because my other pairs were in the wash.

actually i kinda forgot the car is probably frozen to the ground without wheels and everything. If its too much work definitely DO NOT bother, exhausts are a ***** and there are plenty of stock ones around.

Man, I was sad when I saw the first pictures. Now I want to cry. My wife says it makes her want to puke. We both love these cars and it's a crying shame to see it go up like that. Makes me think I should get an extinguisher for my car even though its bone stock. I would hate to see that happen to mine.

Why get an extinguisher? Get an on-board system like the NASCAR guys have!

I think that helps me make up my mind. I'll be getting one before the cover comes off in the spring. Do you have yours mounted Todd, or do you just carry them loose in the floor board ?

on the 68 it's mounted to the hump

on the 77 it sits behind the pass seat on the floor

though i've read about a new ultra compact that should fit in the center console that has a similar capacity to my full size
