Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Here are some Photos From The Mid Michigan Modern Muscle Car Club. You will see we are a little heavy on the Mustangs, this is only some of them. Every car is a club member except the wicked 75 Corvette. It's got a huge huffer on top of a big block. As if that's not enough the guys other car is an 08 Z06. I've been trying to get him to join our club, maybe soon he will. A couple of cool cars here are the 77 Can Am and the 73 GTO. Both are members of the club. I know I'll get questions so shoot them out.
Thanks, That's just a small sample of our membership. The Kenne Bell car is wicked. It has a forged cobra crank, forged h beam rods, forged diamond pistons, ported P.I. head and then that sick 2.6 KB. The sound it makes is amazing. I forget exactly what it made at the rear wheels, but I know it was north of 500 hp.
I WANT NOISE! SPEED! AN ENGINE THAT SHAKES MY INTERNAL ORGANS LIKE THEY GOT PARKINSON'S! I DONT WANT AN ENGINE THAT IS PARTIALLY POWERED BY MY LAPTOP BATTERY!

I think it is because I take it in and out all the time, the rubber has just stretched out, especially at the bottom where it is really thin. It annoys me more then anything.
Man I love the '73 GTO....I had a chance back in high school to buy a '73 Lemans Sport Coupe (same as a GTO), I passed it up though always wished I hadn't.
Love the Can Am. Remind me... shaker hood?
What was the stock motor on those?
Has to be rare, rare, rare!
Yep...shaker hood.
Pontiac 400 or Olds 403.
1377 sold...was supposed to be 5000 but the mold broke for the rear spoiler, and that limited production.

Agreed!!! And if you look close to that pic, this one also has a moonroof which would make it even more rare.
I've been wondering if this is the same car that was at the Pontiac Spring Dust Off in Davidson this year...

You guys are all right. This car does have the moonroof and the TA 6.6 Pontiac 400. I believe that its the same as the W72 Performance TA 6.6 but I'm not 100% sure. I'll put up some more pictures of it. If you guys like that, you might love the other pics I'll post. My dad had a 1978 Trans Am W72 400 car that he bought new in Nov. 77. I sold it for him on Ebay last year with only 6100 original miles on it. I'll post those pics too.
