I love the car, its pretty awesome, very fast.. and get looking..

the only downside with me owning mine is, I drive to detroit and back everyday, which is about an hour drive for me one way, Which means I'm putting a lot of miles on it, also, those racing seats aren't very comfy after and hour of driving.

Ive only had the car for a few months.. I already almost have 10000 miles on it :\

3 oil changes in 3 months seems a little excessive .. some of that also has to do with me visiting my friend in alma michigan multiple times.. 250 miles one way.

It's an awesome car.. I'd recommend anyone to get one if your looking for fun and fuel economy.

Why are your changing the oil so often? I am at 2,500 miles and I still have 68% oil life left. I should get at least 5,000 miles before I need to change the oil. Mobil 1 isn't cheap.

What kind of mileage are you getting? (regular or premium)
My only complaints about the car is that the front seats have no quick fold forward design and I wish they had an additonal overdrive. 3,000 rpms at 80 mph, which is good for most 4 cylinders but I was used to 2500 rpms at 80 in car camaro that was more aeodynamic but weighed 400 lbs more.

Well with OEM SS/SC tires Poor,
With OEM SS/TC tires Terrible.

I bought a set of 17" SS/NA wheels with all season pirellis for winter.
I would have bought snow tires but I bought all four 17 wheels and tires with lots of tread left for $200.

I've changed my oil at around 3000 each time, I know the guage will tell me when I should, but I can't help but want to try and take best care of my car as I can, Thats why Ive changed it so much, Im creeping up on 10000 pretty quick.

My milage at 70 on the interstate ranges anywhere from 30-33mpg, 75mph is usually 28-30mpg, i dont really know what I do at 80mph.. because I usually try to stay about 70 If i can..

you guys with cobalts should try something for me.. if you still have your stock radio in.. me and my buddy noticed this.. its not really that big of a deal.. but im curious if my radio is a fluke.. or if all cobalt radios do this.

turn your radio up a decent amount.. and have a song playing.. it shouldnt matter too much what kind of song.. it has to be constant playing so you can hear the difference.. go in the menu to adjust your settings.. turn your mid up one spot.. and move it back down to the same spot.. and tell me if the sound changes..

its weird.. and i know it sounds weird.. but the sound changes on my radio, I really don't know how to explain it.. i dunno try it and see what happens..it does it everytime i start my car.. its not like its bad sound quality..but it just gets better when i adjust the mid..even if i put it back to the setting it was on when the car started.. i dunno.. its probly just my car..

I changed it last time at like 15% or something.

Half of CobaltSS runs it to like 5%, basically whenever it tells you the oil needs to be changed...

yeah, thats not going to happen with me.. I will probably still change the oil on this car every 3000 miles or so, I know I don't have to, but I will because this car is my baby.. lol

just like I know I don't have to wash it so often, but I do it to keep care of it...

someday, I hope me and my camaro have this kind of relationship.. lol
