Yep. Sold in May. Only took 5 months before I couldn't take it anymore.

I doubt I'll get new tires in time to make it to the track. Maybe next spring. Plus I'd rather not break in within a month of owning it.

Stock is 350. The original iron liners were taken out and replaced with 4.0 inch units. Stock forged crank was retained so the bump from 3.9 to 4.0 = 368. Engine should make roughly 430rwhp and 375rwtq or 515hp/450tq assuming 20% drivetrain loss. I should probably verify that.

      From Vette Doctors website:
      LT-5 368 Cubic Inch Stroker
Increase your Horsepower and Torque. This 368 cubic inch, 500 HP LT-5 prescription includes a custom oversize cylinder liners; forged aluminum pistons and billet steel connecting rods; porting and polishing of cylinder heads, plenum and injector housing; 63mm throttle body; custom PROM; modified air filter lid with a K&N air filter; and a high performance stainless steel exhaust system.

Well it still has stock cams so there is another 50hp or so to add there at this displacement with new cams. But to swap out cams would mean pulling the motor so you mind as well bump up displacement too. A 415 cubic inch motor with aftermarket cams can make 650 - 700hp without a power adder. But that is huge $$ so I'm going to leave it alone for a while.

Very cool! I love the all black interior. Looks 100x better than most C4 'vette interiors.

No joke! The Rx500 package cost $20k at the Vette Doctors so the original owner had almost $90k in it.

This thing is much faster than my Firebird, ridiculous throttle response all the way to 7500rpm. I'm going to try to get to a dyno before the snow this weekend. I have a hunch it's putting out close to 450rwhp.

Production for 91 was 2044 total ZR-1s. 313 Arctic White. Vette doctors believe it to be 1 of 24 Rx500 cars they have built to date. I'm not sure about interior color production #s.

The only downside is my lack of documentation. ZR-1s came with special owners kits that I'm missing. The second owner was just a rich old fat guy that didn't care about documenting anything so he lost all of it. He couldn't clean for S*** either, so that's the winter project.
