I remember that soaker coming by us, too. I had just let the dogs out and then my dad and I went downstairs and was working on the kitchen area in the basement (we're finishing the basement) and we could hear all these loud thunder claps and we were commenting about how bad it was storming. About 20 minutes later it struck me "OH SHIT THE DOGS ARE STILL OUTSIDE IN THAT STORM!" Ran upstairs and they're huddled against the door (two little white west highland terriers) and totally soaked
