The wheels are factory, but they never came from GM chromed, alot of dealers sent the wheels out to be chromed before the car was sold and (tried) to ram up the price of the car a little more because of it.

Exactly!!! I sold these cars when they first came out and there was no chrome wheel option, ashame because we probably could've sold more if they were available.

sorry for the confusion I meant they came that way from the dealership. Wether GM had them as an option or not I didn't know.
