They move them around all day long . . . they end up loading a batch on each car carrier and move 'em down to the rail yard, then there is another big lot where they get shuffled around again. Then, they get stuck on rail cars by "region" and go to several big distro centers around the country and get stuck on ANOTHER parking lot there. I had a friend who works in our logistics department who did a study on shrinkage in shipping. We actually lose a few hundred cars a year in the shipment process (out of 2.8 million shipped.) It's amazing how bureaucratic a big company can be
