Thanks guys, I truely appreciate it. The paint is a typical red, but with the sun peaking through the overcast and my cheap digital camera it looks a little light, but it is really about the same color as the current Ride of the Month.

Thanks, and you are correct again, it was at the middle school. I drove through the township park again, but there were a lot of people and cars around and I was in a hurry so the school lot was big and empty. I'm sure you will see it around here. I'm looking forward to getting a better look at your's.

Thanks Mike, it sounds good, but I need to get the wife to drive it so I can hear it from outside the car. I'm going to leave the badge alone for now, I'll take my grief if I get any. Besides it will a bit more difficult for many to tell since most of the visual signs have been changed including the lower air box. Thanks again for the help, I definitely needed the kick start on getting things done on her .

yep it is acctually just GM bright red, all pontiacs had the same color, my gf's 99 grand am is even the exact same color.
