As for the tips, in all honesty I'm not sure. I haven't even bent under the car to look yet! But -- I did get a GREAT deal from a company at 23 and Van Dyke -- Mr Muffler just south of The Rink and KFC. $40 total out the door price for the tips to be installed! This is the same guy that replaced the balljoints on my 2000 Jimmy for UBER cheap, and he also fixed the intake manifold gaskets for uber cheap too. Jay's a class act, no bullshit fees, just gives you a straight answer on price.
He welded in my cutout. I would highly recommend him also. Very cool guy to talk to. His building is owned by Gentiles Collision next door, and they have been working together restoring about 20 mid 70's Trans Ams.

        Tips look great btw!

I like the stock tails a lot, but you should try to find some that arent warped next. They would look even better with some nightshading. The tips look amazing.

Mine are original and havent had the slightest bit of warping... I even had taillight covers on for years, and that supposedly makes it worse because they press on the tailight in that exact spot.

I changed the taillights because of the carbon fiber berger panel i eventually plan to finish, and the set I had was pretty crappy looking.

Tips look great, i wanted those tips, but i think they look best with a car that has exhaust cutouts in the ground effects, hids the welds good. Anyways looks great.

Can't. I tinted the windows before, 35%, lasted less than a month and then got pulled over. Huge waste of money.

Oh I know... I had just gotten the tint on less than a month ago, and it was only 35% it wasn't even 5%/limo tint. You could clearly see through the car, it just added that little extra kick to make it look good. I was driving with my mom in the passenger seat to my grandma's house, I was going the speed limit, and there was a honda a few lanes over with limo tint all the way around. Yet, I was the one to get pulled over. I think the cop was a Mustang driver or something, because he clearly was discriminating on me by not pulling over the more dangerous car (the limo-tinted Honda)

I want tint, my dad keeps telling me I should, but I know Clawson PD are *****es about it (I eat in Clawson for lunch when I'm at school).

My dad's friend drove a Trans Am from Arizona (he picked it up there) back here, and the Clawson cops made him peel the tint off (it was done in Arizona, where they don't care)...

I figure, just drive with the windows down - my A/C doesn't work anyways, and I wouldn't use it if it did.
