Actually that is a good idea...just not much fun pushing it up on them when she's hurt, or with a 5000 stall converter.

My opinion is... its too low. I am not a fan of lowered cars, and to lower that car that low... It dont work for me. It needs to be at least high enough to clear the wheel wells. To each thier own.

thats what i have for mine. just dont push off the boards if somthing is in front off you the car takes off quick when it drops the edge.

as far as the fender issue there is a camaro down the road from me with that low of a front end and he drives it. the top stays in only the outer edges move in in out.

Technically speaking that is a fender because it can be unbolted and removed. A quarter panel is a welded body panel that covers the section between the door and trunk. In North America, the term is only used to refer to the rear panels. They are the parts of the exterior of the car that is left once the hood, trunk, roof, doors, bumpers, fenders, lights, and plastic trim are taken away. They typically wrap around the wheel wells.
really that definition is new to me... ive never used the term fender before. noted.

Really, its Basic body shop terminalogy been that way forever. Well heres another on the rear of a pickup its called a "Box Side" or "Bed Side" not a quarter panel. I worked in Auto parts for several years while going to High school and College.

alright well I guess I could give an update on here seeing as how the car is mine! haha The car sits too low, looks sweet (i think) but too low to drive without issues and on top of that I broke a shock... im an idiot, but I DID LEARN from my mistake lol anyways, addressing the issue I now have the other set of springs with just 1 coil cut off as well as some IAS shocks on the way and some sub frame connectors and 1 inch lowing blocks for the rear. As far as the research has shown that dad and I have done, up to an inch block will not gonna affect handling and axel twisting like larger blocks would. So, this weeking my buddy and i will be putting the new parts in and hopefully the car will sit right and perform the way I want it too. Then I can get moving on to doing the clutch that is sitting on the floor of my room
