  • Why don't I have a camera phone!

So you guys are going to shank me for this.

Yesterday on the way to Flint for work we were traveling NB on 23 just before Tyrone Twp, and right there on the SB side of the road was a very shiny, very chrome black on black Challenger Concept mule!!! It looked like this car because I notice the prominent spoiler. But the car was black so I could not see stripes, maybe an R/T?

Trust me it looks great on the road and pics are worthless when seeing this car. I was stoked at seeing the car. But then...

I was working on the strip mall on Atherton St just down the road from the GM Metal Fab and truck plant and I looked up when I heard a mean sounding V8 going by. It was a white notchback '88 GTA. I was like damn thats a nice car. Those are pretty rare if I recall right (only 718 built).

So I was like thats nice, I see two very rare very cool cars in one day. But then on the way home from Flint now traveling SB on 23 towards Plymouth, I see the black challenger again!!! zers!

Now do you realize why I asked the question above?

Any of you Chrysler guys have any info on this particular car and what it was doing following me around?

It's hard to get a picture of the Challenger anyway because the substantial weight of the vehicle creates a gravitational vortex around the car and distorts all images of it.

In all seriousness, though, yeah there's tons of Challengers on the road now. I see them at least once a week.
