    sigh, i truly dont like the majority of the third gens, there are SEVERAL very nice well done third gens on this site that I like, but all of them I see in public seem to be driven by white trash hillbilles and they have dirt crusted on the sides from years of not being washed through rain and snow. Those sightings have led me to feel that most third gens are cheap looking and lame, then i look to my left as i post this and see james nice ride of the year third gen and I feel all better again

      Wait 5 years.

      People will be saying the same thing about 4th gens...

      They said the same thing about 1st gens not too long ago.

      It's just the cycle...

        yea, your probably right! at least firebirds will always be the last of the breed so there will be no new generation to compare to like the 5th gen camaros

            I wouldn't say that. I could imagine if the camaro really takes off that GM *might* look at the Firebird again.
