My dad has always owned some form of sports car, usually special edition TA's or Firehawks... well he sold his bird in 05 for a Grand Prix GXP, he had some fun with it and tore it up like a new car should... he traded it in for a 08 G6 GXP Street Edition heres a pic, but ill get some more tomorrow

i hate the G6, maybe that version is better but ive driven the base model and the GT model and HATE it. one of there worse designs. The over all car is jsut horrible only thing i like is the sound system and even then blew a speaker with ALL stock parts.Mods:

basically the only way i could get anywehre in the GT version my ex has, im used to driving my LT1 and i went out on a street and punched it the same way and...nothing lol. i had to go to the floor to get the same sensation as 1/4 throttle on the bird. for a higher end V6 you think id have some umph but it is FWD so not much to be said bout that ha.Mods:

i still dont get why they went so crazy with the GXP styling.. i hate the huge front grill they gave it even worse than that big spoiler.
the whole point of the gtp/gxp line originally was a sporty sedan with tons of power and looked like a base model/sleeper.2000 Firebird A4 black hardtop

def wasnt mpg... the LS4 in the GXP's have DOD so he was getting 25+mpg on the highway99 Grand Prix GT - Winter Ride

I like the G6's but that wing on that thing has got to go. I'm always a fan of guys who do wing deletes on cars with wings for the most part. Mustang GT, WRX STi, SRT4. Not on Fbodies though. Maybe the wing looks better from the side but from the rear it looks "poopy"...
