Wow...you're only about 3 years late in finding that! I saw those pics about when it first happened. I believe it's in Floria. A guy was street racing I think either a Ferrari or Porsche if I remember right and lost control and side swiped a telephone pole. I have several pics of it saved on my computer at home.

You know what's sad is that gm does this all the time with prototypes and test cars, my buddy just drove a z06 down to milford to return it, and after he dropped it off, a guy speared the side of it with a huge fork truck and then crushed it. It's a waste

Here's the couple pics I have of it. The date on the pics is June 2003 so it was barely a year old when it was totalled. I don't think the guy survived. I think he was thrown out and died.
