  • New from today... clean!

Took my car out to the coin-wash, gave it a nice bath and towel dry, and decided to snap some shots with my new camera. Give you a better idea of the grill removal, inserts, and my stripes. Coming soon are LT1 tails and a satin Berger panel. I'll be sure to get some pictures as soon as those go on.

and one more to tease (showing my soon-to-be wheels)

    Enjoy.

looks nice. you gettin 18's or 17's. you might also wanna consider the zo6 wheels with the chrome lip and set screws unless you're dead set on total black.

17x9.5 all around. I considered going staggered with 18x10.5 in the back, but I think that would be a bit much with a near stock 3.8 liter. I'm pretty much dead set on the solid black. I think "motorsport" style rivets are played out, and I just don't think the polished lip works well with these wheels. And if GMPP did it, it can't be that bad!

Looking good! I'd have to agree with Fred and say go with a polished lip. You'd almost have too much black at that point. Plus you'd be sporting the same rims as me....

Looks real good Tim! If you havent already decided, might i push for getting the Z06 rims in 18" and lowering the car a little while your at it.... would look killer! I really like that stripe too, is it black as well so its hard to see in the day but pops out at nice?
