            it wasn't his car. From what I was told he had many 8 second passes in other cars.
            As for not lifting- If you lift at the wrong time its worse than not lifting. Many times you can't tell if the car is spinning or just moving in the tire.
            My car sometimes needs 1/2 turn of the steering wheel to stay straight just cause slicks flex so much. This is why drag radial cars crash so much. A slick will move in the tire a TON and still e dead hooked but with a DR when the car moves its too late
