  • Fall T/A last drive

I took the newly obtained T/A out for the last drive of the year before storage. While cruising some back roads near the local park I decided to take a couple of quick pics for something to stare at during the mid winter blues. It was a very enjoyable ride and I look forward to doing a lot more cruising with fellow F-Body people this coming summer.

I think mine's in premature winter storage already. I had to steal the battery out of it for my Escort. It's a shame, I'd love to take it down by the lake and get a few end-of-the-season shots.

Sometimes I dream about a beater 2nd Gen that I could drive in the winter - 350/4-speed, lots of bondo and poorly applied Rustoleum. Wouldn't that be fun in the snow?

Thanks, and you're absolutely right, Linden is a great drive in an F-Body. I drove it hard with my old '01 Z/24 before I sold it to buy the T/A. It was much more fun with an F-Body.

I don't recall seeing your 'Bird either. I haven't owned the T/A very long, but I'm sure you will see it next summer. And when I roll through there with the Camaro, I usually take it real easy trying to be quiet, as I always see Ottawa County PD and GVSU PD hinding in different spots along there. I have seen a red RS Camaro at that house just west of your dad's shop.

Thanks. Not sure if I've seen you around or not either. There are a few sweet looking, nasty sounding 4th gens running around here. I saw a real mean, and real clean silver one last week in Jenison. I like your's. I wanted black too, but found everything I was looking for in the red one. Do you ever make down to Dawg's in Grandville?? I was there quite a bit with the Camaro this summer. I'm sure you will see me around next year with both cars.
