That's not Allendale, that's downtown Grand Rapids. The "GVSU Campus" they're referring to is the Pew Campus in downtown GR. I go to school just the other side of US131 and there are lots of gorgeous old industrial buildings around here. A lot of them are being rehabilitated, which is great, because this city has a lot of character because of them. i wouldnt say its a ghetto, this building appears to be still in use. ive seen a truck pull up to it in the one spot i had my car partked, and a i saw a light on inside under one of the doors. minus those two details, youd think it was an abandoned building.-Joel
