    The final day,sorta...
    1.Wig Wam hotel, just missed staying there. Couldn't find it the night before.
    2 Amazing what you can do with a VW
    3 Famous sign on the route
    4 My son at Meteor City? The meteor made the hole appx 4000 feet across
    5 One of the many signs along the way

    and some more
    1 Sign for the Rte, this is the longest stretch of Rte 66 appx 150 miles and is in Arizona
    2 Just a view as Kevin drove again
    3 One of the many local eateries
    4 Amazed at how many places you can find old cars at
    5 Car on the mountain pass..no gaurd rails on some of this..it was AWESOME!

          That's why I love the southwest, lots of old cars that people are still driving, some of them daily. I was amazed at all the old cars in AZ everywhere. I'm still thinking I may have to move there.

                    Just been collecting the receipts and will figure it out for the whole trip. Still betting it will between 18-20 mpg.
                    Gas prices went back to reality today in California...3.49 for premium(ouch)

                            That still is just freaking awesome of a trip. I hope some day I can do that.. in my camaro or not, either way it'd still be amazingly fun to do.
