Yea, am not sure what it was, but it had the Ferrari name plate on the rear hatch.

I think it's supposed to look like a Ferrari 250 GTO from the early 60's (1962) but I would bet it's a replica/kit car. A real one would be worth mega bucks.

That looks like it! The guy looked like he had ALL his stuff packed in it and was moving or a long road trip. We exchanged thumbs up and we played cat and mouse(?) for about 10 miles. Then he got caught in traffic and I kept going.

If you look at the front and rear fenders, you can see they don't match up with the doors well, and the white marks on the nose look like cracked fiberglass to me. Real Ferrari bodies are made out of aluminum. Did it sound like a V12? Probably sounded more like a Datsun 240Z.

Looks like you're having a great time, Randy. Be safe, and have fun!

agreed, just at first glance, the lines dont match up, the hood especially. besides, the paint looks horrible, not shiny at all. youd think that somebody who owned one of those cars would make sure the paint looked good.

I haven't seen a Sinclair station in years since we went on family vacations and saw them out of state. I'd love to have those gas prices. Just another great thing about Michigan, 3rd highest gas prices in the US only behind Hawaii and California!

Agreed. The door and "greenhouse" remind me of a c3 corvette.

That was the thing, the fender was flapping in the breeze, hood wasn't down and the rear hatch was also crooked. It was in one sense cool to see a car like that on the road and the other sense wondering how it was on the road. Funny at the time and one of those memories that will stay with us.
Reminded me of some of the cars I had at 15-17 when I was young and broke, with girlfriend(probably why I was broke).
