Tina and I toured her car at Road America in Elkhart Lake Wisc last weekend (Brian Redman Challenge weekend) during the lunch hour on Saturday and Sunday. You pay a fee to drive the course; the maximum speed is supposed to be 70 mph but many cars wer going way beyond 70 (including me; while driving on Saturday I passed a Mudstain on the straight going 102 mph
) Some of the cars out there were phenominal, Lamborgini's, Lotus's, Ferrari's, Porche's, etc. There were 4 other 4th gens on Sat and a couple on Sunday. I drove on Sat; unfortunatley there were 200 cars doing touring that day so we didn't get a chance to go all out around the complete track; lots of stopping and going. Tina drove Sunday and their were around 130 cars so there was plenty of racing going on; man; there were z06's racing Acura's and Cobras and all kinds of good stuff. I got it all on video while she was driving. She was pretty scared being it was the first time on a race track but she'll get more confident the more she drives. Having an auto doesn't help matters; we will be taking my SS next year
