Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Hrm, anyone know anywhere better than Tirerack.com? The only ones that they show are specifically performance/competition tires.
I have to buy two new rims for my car, and figured while I'm at it I might as well get the two 11 inch rims like I wanted, but not if I can't find a tire that can handle rain.
Edit: Yeah, I know what TireRack recommends, but everyone knows you can fit 315's in the back. Just have to modify the bumpstop and take a BFH to the inner fender.
What backspacing are you planning on running with those 11s

you must be lookin at the wrong area theres plenty of amazing 315 tires that can handle weather. i went with 275s because thats all i really need, a 3.4l def wouldn't need more than that. another reason i went that route is because of price, the wider the more $$$ and its definately a shit load more.
the top two tires here are the best you can get imo. GS-D3 and the gforce ta kd. both will offer great all around performance in all areas including wet. you know how i drive even in the rain with my gs-d3's haha
Yeah, definitely doesn't make sense. I thought if the price difference was minimal that I could just upgrade to 11's instead since I have to buy two new rims and 1 new tire, but it doesn't make sense to do it.
Yes it does. Buy them! They look so badass B. There are a lot of good choices for the tires.... GSD3s are very nice, could go with the sumitomo.. many choices. Go on ls1tech and do a search for 315 and you will find MANYYY threads and pictures and such. I say do it!
boo, go for em! Its not like its a race car anyway.... will come in handy for that V8 later... If i'm not wrong, B does most work to his car for shows... appearance, and huge meats in the rear would add another nice touch!
