yeah they fit, and it'll work too, my buddy ran 315's on his 17x9 ZR1 rims on his old C4 racecar...it looks retarded, the sidewall is at like a 45* angle from the pavement back to the rim....get an 11" wide rim and it'll look way better. Huge tires on small rims = Billy...add this to the "pet peeves" thread

Your lateral stifness decreases and the tire design cannot function properly.

Your contact patch is not correct

and i hardly see the benefit...

i drove by his house last night, his car was in the street like always, and i was kinda intoxicated, but from what i could see there was no way he had 315s on it, they looked like 245s, or maybe a little bigger...are they on there now? or did he just them on for a day? im confused

On my 9" rims, Nitto 275s barely even clear the lip. I was considering running 315 Nittos out back due to the fact that they run small and I can't imagine they'd bulge out enough to be a problem.

No one has mention anything about wheel size. If you are running a 15" rim you can run a 315 60 on rim from 8.5 to 11" inches wide without any problems.

i bet its a 17 inch rim not 15 like mentioned above. So i assume thats a 315 35 r 17 very small sidewall to stretch that far. Probably will end up ruining the tire faster the normal due to contact area that actually is touching the ground.
