  • 315s fit 9.5" rims

i dont care what you hear, 315s fit 9.5" rims. they do. its pushin it but so far ive had no problems, just had them thrown on today for shits n giggles to see if theyd work and they do, with about 1.5" left to the bumpstops. the only way is with a pontiac fbody though. i wouldnt try it with a camaro. they will hit the fender lip. they look wide as hell and really set a car off though, yes even mustangs (ewww).

just make sure the rim is a 50mm -56mm offset anything higher not recommended, lower MIGHT work

I don't think anyone ever said they wouldn't fit but they are not recommended whatsoever.

i have 275s on my 9.5's and they are huge...for some reason my goodyear gsd3's though are almost an inch wider than my fuzion zri in the front which is the same 275. verys by brand as well. i dont recommend it at all.

according to this you couldnt fit them in a 315 either. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Spec.j...tirePageLocQty=

With a 315 on a 9.5 rim you are not getting correct contact to the ground you are bunching the tire on the rim....but yes they fit....but are they correct no....dont ask me how I know its not like I sell tires or something......lol

It's just a bad idea all together from a safety standpoint. Plus it looks stupid.....it's like the little guy who puffs up his chest to make him look tougher than he really is.

on ls1tech, they say it will fit, not recommended due to safety reasons..... It can be done, my friend actually had 315s on a 9.5 and he was fine, but didnt put many miles on them to really tell i guess. I personally wouldnt do it, but they do fit!

no one doubts they fit, that's the main thing. Like everyone's been saying, 315s fit on an fbody, I know many fbodies (Camaros and Pontiacs) that have 315s on the rear, but safety wise it's not smart to have it on a 9.5"

There was a guy that showed up to one of our west side meets last year that had 315's on a stock rim. It looked aweful. I'm pretty sure your car's handling would go in the shitter with that type of sidewall too.
