Just for the sake of more information, he said that the offsets were 54 front and 58 rear. He is certain that they will fit without the BFH mod or spacers, but I would still like to hear what anyone on here says......

I still wanna know if the 17/18 staggared look on my car with the body kit and all will look good???

any pics of the rims? I dunno how the 17/18 combo would look but the rear wheel well would be pretty full with those 18s and tires.

when you say that the back will be really full with that 18 and tire, is that a bad thing or a good thing, cause with the 16's i have now, it looks really wide open

Ill try to get pics of them when I get home after class tonight, but they look like these, and i think this is who he got it from...the store, or from him on ebay

well if you don't care about losing your gearing with a big tire in back and all, Just keep your stockers for racing then. I think you might have a problem with ripping your front ground fx off too once that setup is put on.

I like the wheels though, they are sharp

well im undecided. that link i posted earlier is where he got the rims, I will keep my stokkers for the track of course....

it doesnt help that i just spent almost 500 dollars on books today at school either, so 1000 dollars is a nice hit to the pocket....

here are the pics he sent me of the rims

I like the C6 Z06 wheels a lot and the 2k+ 10-spoke SS wheels. I'd suggest going with 17's. I like my 18" Z06's but tires are too much compared to 17s. One of these days I'll step down to 17s.

It's always worth spending a little extra on a nice set of wheels. You say your budget is 1,000 but if you save just a few more hundred your wheel selection will become alot larger than the corvette replica wheels. I think the staggered look fits these cars good with the right combo. I have 18's out back and 17's up front, and it really look's sharp. With a camaro maybe a different story. If the corvette wheels are your choice I think the 18's are the way to go. I kinda wish I stuck with 17's in the back. My first reason for this is the ugly stock rear brakes, and the huge opening between them. My second is I wish I went with a wider tire like a 315 mounted on the 17X10 rim. Let us know what you go with. Don't forget to get a nice set of tires too. I'd also recommend changing to a set of ceramic pads at the same time.
