Ok, got some more info. First off, they ARE apparently the ET street version, though they are apparently so close to the others its kind of interchangeable. Second, I apparently stole them, as they want about $200 a piece to replace the damaged one. And that's for an unrestored, unfinished rim. Which I would need to have shipped from Washington. So, I'm going to touch base with a couple of welding places, see what I can do to fix it, then probably take Mongo up on having them refinished, though I will probably have the spokes powdercoated black first. Fun fun!

They should be refinished prior to powder coating. Dont wanna mess up the new powder coat!

Doh. Yeah, guess I didn't think that quite through, eh? Let you know when I get her put to bed for the winter, I can throw those old GTA rims on it and get those unmounted.

Picked up a set of tires for it today, made a NOOB mistake, so I'll have to exchange them next week. Told the guy I wanted slightly wider tires than stock, neglected to mention that I wanted to maintain the HEIGHT, so I ended up with 255 70/R15's. Didn't realize until I got them on the car that they are a little TOO tall now, and the fronts actually rub if you turn too sharply. No worries though, I'll just exchange them on Monday and all will be well.too tall.jpg
