New "old" rims. Anyone seen these before?

Bought a "new" set of rims for my 79. Saw these on Craigslist, loved the way they looked, paid $150 for the set. ALMOST perfect, one of them has a little damage to the crosslace. Anyone know what these are, who might have made them, anything? Anyone know whether or not an aluminum rim can be repaired? I really like how these look, going to get a higher profile tire for them this week, looks a little high water right now.20131019_170521.jpg I couldn't find any marks on them, they are unilugged so I assume they are aftermarket. No center caps with them, though my third gen ones fit perfectly. Looking to change the birds on them to 2nd gen birds.20131019_170543.jpg

Post a pic of the damaged wheel. I may be able to repair it. I refinish snowflakes on the side. Those would look awesome polished!

The wheels look good but either they are too small or the tires are too small or something. Seems like a lot of gap in the wheel well area.

Yeah, its the tires. Standard tires are 225/70's, these are 215/60's. I'm getting a new set mounted this week, weather permitting. The wheels are 15's, same as the stock rims.

Ok that would do it, they look like stock wheels to me? I am sure someone here will know for sure tho. But bigger tires and that will look great.

I'll snap a pic of the damaged one when I get home tonight. The damaged area is a little gruesome, took about a 1/2" deep by 1" long bite out of the crosslace. I considered just repairing it with bondo or something, then painting or plastidiping the crosslace area to conceal it. But if you can do better, I'm all for it!

It really sucks this one is damaged, as the other three are basically pristine, other than needing a good cleaning and polishing.

Yeah, they are slotted. I'm pretty sure they are 7.5" wide.

I'd try getting a hold of the company I linked to. Notice the valve stem location and lip...doesn't match up with Appliance

Looks like a rock hit it. I would have to see that first hand. It looks pretty deep and without access to a tig welder, It might be tough. If you were gonna paint the cross lace, I could make it presentable enough that you probably wouldnt notice it. If you wanted the crosslace faces polished then you would need to get it filled at a welding shop and then I could go from there.
