Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!

Radials > Slicks on an auto car. You'll go faster on a radial. Sometimes it just takes a few passes before you can get a handle on them. The 555R isn't much better than a regular street tire IMO. Pick up a set of 255/50/16 ET Street Radials for your 16's. Thats more than enough tire for what your trying to do.
I use 26/11.50/16 on stock wheels. They also make them in 28's. if your going to be going to tracks like Lapeer and ubly the ET streets would be better than street radials IMO
lol thats when it had the front bilstiens i revalved for the lt1 prokit and some track fun. tokico 5 ways full loose on the rear was the only way to try to get it to hook. still would 60 like 55 60 NA and like 48-49 on a 100 shot like that
Just make sure you know what you're buying. There are the ET Streets(i have) and then the ET Street radials. You want the radials. THe Regular ET Streets are pretty much a slick, and work great on my T56. But you'd want the Radials for that auto.. and yes they will hook. I've seen 9-10 sec. cars running a 275 ET street radial and launching hard!
Pacesetter LT's, Pacesetter ORY, full MSD ign., 2 step, rear LCA's, SFC's, B&M Ripper, poly motor mounts, Nitto NT05R's, WS6 wheels, KYB AGX adj. suspension, Eibach Sprotline springs, Trickflow elbow w/K&N, All HVAC deleted w/ delete panel, no AIR, No EGR
again i disagree with the radials. do you have a strong axle and a great rear suspension and know how to use it? Radials are more prone to wheel hop if the suspension isnt right or if the track isnt good.
