  • Are these going to fit?

I have a '79 Trans Am. I just got 4- 275-60-15 tires given to me.

Will these fit on the back? The front?

    The front? no
Rear yes depending on wheel offset.

275 on a 15x8 Cragar w/ 4.5 BS rubbed on the passenger side wheel well of my 69 Chevelle. Not sure what the rear wheel wells are like on the 2nd gen F-body

Ended up not getting the 275's.... but did find these today-

I did some searching and beleive they are a vintage tire. I just got the 2, for the rear. The rims match 2 8" rims I have for the fronts so I grabbed them. They need some cleaning, but should be pretty nice when I am done with them. They are Goodyear Rally GT50-15's. 12" wide.

I like them! but I do not recommend driving on them due to their age. Old tires are known for failing at random and the results can be deadly.

              Thanks Bri-

i will be replacing the rubber before I drive the car. Driving it is still pretty far from happening yet.
