My hope is that early next year I will be doing my suspension/braking upgrades, and am considering the SLP springs with bilsteins. Reason being, I really don't want to firm up the ride much, just want a little better stance (no more 4x4 look!). From what I have read, the SLP springs seem to be in between stock and aftermarket lowering springs.
My question is, though - anyone running these, and if so, can you put up a pic? If it doesn't noticeably improve the stance, there's no point in buying these. I'd have to make the call between the "comfort" of the 4x4 stance and the looks of the lowering springs. For what it's worth, I am perfectly happy with how it handles right now - I am not looking to race the car, because streetcar.
Also - being that my car has "base" SLP upgrades, I am assuming that I do not have these springs on, correct? I further believe this as my shocks are orange, which I assume are the factory decarbons. If I had SLP springs as part of the SS upfitter package, I'd have Bilsteins, right?
Cliff's notes: If you run SLP drop springs, please post a pic so I can see stance!
