  • Fender Rollin Party!

Confirmed via tracking number the borrowed Eastwood fender roller will be here tomorrow, soooooo....

....there's been a handful of people that have casually mentioned their interest in cracking fender paint to fit fat rubber and incorrect wheel offsets .

Not sure how we're going to do this, but I only have this thing for a couple weeks. Jim (Blackbirddaddy) has offered his place as a venue to have such a party. This will more than likely evolve as more interest takes place in terms of convenient location, time, etc., it's free so I'm sure some will be willing to make sacrifices

Hmm... is there any chance of damage to the outward paint? I don't need it yet, but im sure eventually i will.

Yes. However, if the paint is heated, via heat gun, the paint is more elastic and will have less tendancy to crack. Aaahhh, the price of looking cool with fat tires....

I may be interested... final time/place dependant. Jim's is very close though! I can bring a heat gun,

Let me know a date. I'd have to get a trailer lined up.

I'm very interested too but weekends are out for me. My fender is rusty and nasty looking so I want to roll it just to tuck it out of sight.

I'm interested as well, but I'm not sure yet if my quarter panels will need replaced, so I may hold off. The joys of rust repair. . .
