Help Troubleshoot Suspension

When driving 55mph the steeringwheel shimmy's back and forth with a slight bounce in the rear. At 65+ same shimmy in steering wheel but rear end bounces a lot more.

At 55+ whenever I turn slight right or change lanes I get a vibration sound, an intermittent Whirring over and over coming from the front end as well as vibration in the steering wheel.

What I have noticed when looking under the car is 1 of the 4 rims have 3 weights while the others have 1 as well as my LCA bushings needing replacement.

Could the bounce be from a bent rim due to wheel balance? Could the LCA bushings contribute or be the cause of this rear end bouncing?

What kinda of shape are you tires? First thing you need to do is balance all four. The whinning sound, sounds like you are low on Power steering fluid. Thats where I would start and go from there.

Replace the rear bushing ASAP! The control arms keep your rear end in line with the car.

Even with the tires balanced, a bent rim will cause a shimmy. Have the shop check the runout of each rim when they are balancing them.

You might have a front hub going out. Not sure how common this is with 4th gens, but I sure have replaced my fair share of 4x4 front hubs!

Check your outer tie rods.
