      IMO if concrete sucking moisture out of your tires is an issue, your not have enough fun...

          This is what I use. I can actually move the car around myself too (though I have a but of weight to put behind it if you know what I mean). I actually change the wheels out to a old set as well to lay off my nice tires. When I use to work at the restoration place they always said the same. Don't leave tires on concrete for too long due to moisture and flat spots. If you use jackstands, put them under the suspension so it doesn't hang (I have not actually seen damage from this, but that is what they believed).

          I already have the harbor freight dollies as a gift, but if not I would look into these (they might actually bolt to the HF ones). Then you could get your rims off without having an extra set. Check the link:
