  • Finally gonna go get my tires

Well I after a few set backs last month which Im sure most of you are aware of, Im finally ready to go get tires this week. Excited as all hell honestly . After your guys advice I settled on a size of 295 35 18 and 275 40 18. Keeps the sidewalls almost exactly the same height and gives me a fair bit of meat to work with.

The only thing left is to pick out what exactly to get, I have it narrowed to two choices. Either a full set of Nitto INVO or Nitto 555 in the front and NT05 in the back.

The INVO should give me good performance wet or dry and decent tread life.

The NT555/ NT05 would be a bit more race minded but would be rougher and wear out faster and not nearly as stable in the rain.

The difference in price between the two choices is negligible, right now I am leaning toward the INVO's.

Pic's once I get them mounted

The NT05 is a drag radial, it'll wear quick with a lot of street driving. But it looks mean

The way I understand it the NT05 isnt a true drag radial, it's somewhere between a street tire and DR, the NT05R would be the drag radial model, but with the NT05 having a treadwear of 200 it's probably not far off.
