Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Looking at a set of 18x10.5's for rear of the new WS6. 17x9's out front. Wondering if anyone ever put these on one of these rides? Seller says he thinks I might need a spacer, but I don't want to look like a reverse steam roller either (and want to avoid surgery to the wheel wells.) Wheels have a +58mm offset as well.
to get those rims to fit on your rear, you'll have to put the rears on WITH the jack under the axle, because with the axle all the way down, the inside of the rim will hit your bump stops...also...they won't fit the greatest, you'll have to do a little bit of beating on your inner wheels wells, it's not a HUGE amount to pound in...just a tiny bit.

other then that, they should look pretty good!
Maybe I should stick with the 9.5's then? Hate to bash on the car, just want ot make sure I can hook it up after I mod it later.... I hate buying stuff that won't work later on. How wide of a tier can I run on the 9.5's?
If thats the case you should be good, although those tires only last like 5K miles and should NEVER be driven in the rain they will hook like crazy.
Just to clarify, are we talking 18's all the way around, or 17's up front and 18's out back? I found another deal with 17x8.5 fronts and 18x9.5's out back for relatively cheap.
